Terms of Service

The ground rules for working with Evuiz — what each side commits to, how money moves, and what happens when things change.

Last updated: September 2026

1. The agreement

These terms describe how Evuiz ("we", "us") works with its clients ("you"). They apply alongside — and never override — the signed proposal or statement of work (SOW) for your specific engagement. Where the two conflict, the signed proposal governs. Anything on this website — service descriptions, timelines, illustrative pricing — is informational until it appears in a signed agreement.

2. Scope of services

Every engagement begins with a written proposal defining scope, deliverables, timelines and commercials. Work starts only after you approve the proposal and any required deposit is received. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins — we will always flag scope changes rather than silently absorbing or billing them.

3. Payment terms

  • Invoices are issued per the signed proposal — typically a deposit at kickoff, milestone payments during delivery, and a final settlement on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
  • Due dates: invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless the proposal states otherwise.
  • Late payment: work may pause if an invoice remains unpaid 14 days past due, after written notice. Third-party costs (ad spend, licences, stock assets) are billed transparently and are payable before we commit them on your behalf.
  • Currency and taxes: as stated in the proposal; applicable taxes are additional unless stated inclusive.

4. Your responsibilities

Good work needs a responsive partner. You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback — review rounds are agreed in the proposal, and delays on your side shift delivery timelines fairly.
  • Supply brand assets, content inputs and platform access needed for the work, with the rights to use them.
  • Designate one decision-maker for approvals so feedback does not stall across committees.

We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by missing inputs, withheld access, or late approvals.

5. Intellectual property

Work created specifically for you under a signed agreement transfers to you after final settlement, as defined in that agreement. Until then, deliverables remain our property. Our internal methods, templates, processes and the E4 Growth System™ framework remain the property of Evuiz and are licensed — never sold — for use within your engagement. Nothing on this website may be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both sides treat non-public information — business data, credentials, strategies, commercial terms — as confidential, during the engagement and after it ends. Neither side discloses it to third parties without consent, except where required by law. Credentials shared for platform access are used only for the agreed work and revoked or deleted when the engagement ends.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our work with professional care, but marketing operates in environments we do not control — platforms change algorithms, ad accounts get reviewed, search rankings shift. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenues or follower counts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

8. Termination

Either side may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal (see also our Refund & Cancellation Policy). On termination, you pay for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date; we hand over completed deliverables as described in that policy. Either side may terminate immediately for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice.

9. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for each engagement are specified in the signed agreement, chosen to suit where the work is performed and where you are based. If the agreement is silent, the parties will agree a neutral, practical forum before any dispute proceeds.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve; the version posted here with its "last updated" date is the current one. Changes never apply retroactively to signed engagements — those are governed by the terms in force when the proposal was signed. Questions: info@evuiz.com.
