1. Who we are

Evuiz is a digital growth agency operating since 2018, headquartered in New Delhi, India, serving clients across India, the UAE, North America, Europe and beyond. When this policy says "we", "us" or "Evuiz", it means the Evuiz team handling your enquiry or engagement. For any privacy question, write to info@evuiz.com — a founder reads every message.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our work. That falls into three groups:

• Enquiry details. When you contact us through the website, you share your name, contact details (email or phone) and your message. Our enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled — we do not store form submissions on our own servers.
• Conversations. Messages you exchange with us over WhatsApp, email or calls in the course of discussing or delivering work.
• Engagement data. Once we work together: briefs, brand assets, account access credentials, analytics data and business information you choose to share so we can do the job.

We do not operate user accounts on this site, we do not ask for payment card details through the website, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals or audits you requested.
• To deliver the services defined in a signed agreement — nothing more.
• To communicate about timelines, deliverables, invoices and support.
• To meet legal or tax record-keeping obligations where they apply.

We do not use your data to train models, build profiles for resale, or send marketing you did not ask for.

4. What we never do

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We share information with third parties only where required to deliver the agreed work — for example, granting a platform access you approved — and only with your knowledge. If a legal authority compels disclosure, we will inform you unless prohibited from doing so.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies: only what is needed for basic functionality and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics limited to aggregate, non-identifying visit data. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Your browser's "do not track" or cookie-blocking settings will not break the site.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiry conversations are kept for as long as a commercial relationship is reasonably possible — typically up to 24 months after last contact — then deleted on request or during routine clean-ups. Engagement records (contracts, invoices) are retained as required by applicable tax and commercial law. Credentials you share for platform access are revoked or deleted when the engagement ends, at your instruction.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• Show you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
• Stop contacting you — one message and you are off every list.

8. Security

We treat everything you share — briefs, credentials, business data — as confidential. Access is limited to the founders and team members directly involved in your work, credentials are stored securely and never in plain shared documents, and confidentiality applies during the engagement and after it ends. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, practical steps appropriate to a small agency handling real business data.
