Working with us
Onboarding, without the chaos
You've signed. Here's exactly what happens next — who does what, what we need from you, and how your first 30 days unfold.
The first week
Kickoff in three moves
Welcome & introductions
Within one working day of signing, you get a welcome message from the founders with your kickoff agenda, your shared workspace, and the access checklist below.
Kickoff call
A 60–90 minute working session: your goals, your market, your constraints, your definition of success. We ask the uncomfortable questions now so there are no surprises later.
Access & assets
You work through the checklist below while we set up tracking, project boards and reporting. Nothing starts until measurement is in place — otherwise we're flying blind.
Examine begins
Our audit phase starts: we examine your analytics, ads, site, content and competitors, then present findings and the engineered plan before a rupee of media is spent.
Checklist
What we need from you
Access & accounts
- Google Analytics (and Search Console, if set up) — admin or edit access
- Ad accounts: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager — advertiser access, never ownership transfer
- Social profiles: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — admin or editor roles
- Website: CMS/hosting login or a technical contact who holds it
- Any existing tracking: pixels, tag managers, CRM integrations
Brand & business assets
- Logo files, brand guidelines, fonts — whatever exists, even if it's a folder of chaos
- Product/service details: pricing, margins, best sellers, seasonality
- Past marketing: what was tried, what worked, what flopped — and the data if you have it
- Customer insight: who buys, why they choose you, common objections
- One decision-maker: a single point of contact empowered to approve and sign off
A note on credentials: share logins through a secure method — a password manager share or encrypted note — never as plain text in email or chat. We use least-privilege access (editor, not owner, wherever possible) and revoke or return access when the engagement ends.
Division of labour
You handle this. We handle the rest.
Your side
- Timely access, assets and approvals (delays move timelines day-for-day)
- Honest answers in kickoff — including the numbers you'd rather not share
- One consolidated round of feedback per revision cycle, from your decision-maker
- Flagging anything that changes: pricing, offers, stock, business priorities
Our side
- Everything in the signed scope: strategy, creative, build, launch, management
- Measurement setup before spend — tracking, dashboards, baselines
- Plain-language reporting: what happened, what it means, what we do next
- Proactive flags: policy risks, budget pacing issues, opportunities we spot
The method
Your engagement runs on E4
Every EVUIZ engagement — project or retainer — follows the same four-phase operating system.
Examine
We audit your analytics, site, ads, content and competitors. You get findings and a prioritised plan — before anything is built or spent.
Engineer
We design the system: messaging, creative, site structure, campaign architecture and measurement — engineered to compound, not patched together.
Execute
We build and launch: sites go live, campaigns start, content ships. Everything measured from day one against the baselines we set in Examine.
Evolve
We review the data, kill what doesn't work, scale what does, and iterate. Marketing compounds when someone is accountable for the learning loop — that's us.
Timeline
Your first 30 days
Days 1–7: Foundation
Kickoff call, access checklist, tracking and measurement setup, project workspace live. You know exactly what's happening and when.
Days 8–18: Examine & Engineer
Audit findings presented with the engineered plan. You approve direction before we build — no surprises, no sunk-cost momentum.
Days 19–30: Execute begins
First deliverables ship or first campaigns launch. Baselines are locked in, and the first reporting cycle shows you the before-and-after honestly.
Communication cadence
You work directly with the founders — Saurabh Jadaun and Shruti Arya — not an account-manager relay. Day-to-day coordination runs on WhatsApp and email; structured reviews happen on scheduled calls. Reporting is monthly at minimum (weekly for active ad spend): what happened, what it means, and what changes next. No vanity metrics, no black boxes.
