How we work
Compliance & ethics
The rules we hold ourselves to — because "more than marketing" has to mean something when nobody is watching.
1. Honest marketing, as a policy
We do not create fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, invented case studies or misleading performance claims — for ourselves or for clients. If a claim can't be substantiated, it doesn't go in the ad, on the landing page, or in the report. This is a deliberate business rule, not just a preference: misleading advertising destroys the asset we're hired to build, which is trust.
The same standard applies to our own site. You won't find client logos we don't have permission to show, metrics we can't evidence, or awards we haven't won. When we say "operating since 2018," it's because we have been.
2. Platform policy compliance
We run advertising on platforms with strict, constantly changing policies — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others. We build campaigns to comply with those policies from day one: honest ad copy, compliant landing pages, proper disclosure where required, and no circumventing systems, cloaking or deceptive practices.
If a client's requested approach would breach a platform's policy, we say so plainly and propose a compliant alternative. We will not run campaigns we believe violate platform rules, even if asked — a suspended ad account costs far more than the campaign was worth.
3. Data protection and confidentiality
Client work gives us access to sensitive material: analytics, ad accounts, customer data, financials, credentials. We treat all of it as confidential by default. Access is limited to what the work requires, credentials are shared through secure channels (never plain email or chat threads where avoidable), and access is revoked when an engagement ends.
We do not sell, rent or share client data with third parties. Where a third party must be involved to deliver the work — a developer, a media platform, a printer — it happens with the client's knowledge. On request at the end of an engagement, we delete copies of client data held by us, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
4. Anti-spam
We do not buy email lists, scrape contacts, or run unsolicited bulk outreach for clients. Email and messaging work we do is consent-based: opt-in lists, clear unsubscribe paths, and honest subject lines. Short-term list-buying might inflate a database; it also destroys deliverability and, in many jurisdictions, breaks the law.
5. Accessibility-aware builds
Websites we build follow accessibility-aware practice: semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable interfaces, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text and readable type scales — informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We aim for genuinely usable sites, not checkbox compliance, and we are honest about the limits: we do not claim formal WCAG certification or audit-level conformance unless a specialist audit has been commissioned.
6. Intellectual property respect
We use properly licensed fonts, images, music and software in client work, and we expect the same in return: clients warrant that the assets they supply (logos, photos, copy, data) are theirs to use or properly licensed. If a licence question comes up mid-project, we raise it before publishing anything, not after.
7. Report a concern
If you believe any work associated with Evuiz — ours or a client's — breaches these standards, a platform policy, or the law, tell us directly at info@evuiz.com. Reports go to the founders, not a queue. We investigate every report and act on what we find, including pausing work if necessary.
Evuiz is a digital growth agency headquartered in New Delhi, India, operating since 2018.
